What do I need to setup a shop?

You need a name for your shop, products, a PayPal account and be able to ship to the UK as a minimum.

How long does it take to get approved as a seller?

Once you have signed up, we will get in contact with you within 48 hours (on weekdays) regarding your products and company ethics. You will need to provide documentation for any certifications like Organic, Fairtrade etc. Once you have been approved, you can start uploading products.

What am I allowed to sell?

You can sell a number of sustainable products on our platform. These include pre-owned and vintage, or products made from materials that are either natural, biodegradable, organic, recycled, upcycled, reclaimed or salvaged. See list of What You Can & Cannot Sell.

What are the requirements for product images?

The product images have to be square with a dimension of max 1024x1024.

Once uploaded, will my listings go live straight away?

Before any listings can go live, we will check that they adhere to the product requirements. You have to make sure shipping has been added to the UK as a minimum as well.

How will I get paid? 

We can currently only pay out to PayPal accounts. If no refunds or exchanges has been requested, payouts to UK sellers will happen 7 days after the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Payouts to international sellers will happen 14 days after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
